My Orders

We do our best to ensure the product you ordered arrives perfectly but in the rare instance that is not the case we will gladly do what we can to ensure you are satisfied.

If any of your orders arrive damaged, broken/defective or are the wrong item(s), Flash Steals will be pleased to process a credit on your account once you have followed the guidelines below:

- You must contact our customer care team at to report the problem within 30 days of receiving the product.

- Customer care will require a photo of the products you've received.

- When product's have been returned, we'll be able to issue a replacement or credit your account.

If your product is defective or damaged during transit, please Email contact customer service for more information. Please be advised, you may be required to submit a photograph of the damaged or defective item.


  • Email our Customer Support team at for return instructions. Please include your order number, the quantity you want to return and details on why you wish to return the item in your email.


  • Send the item back to us within 30 days of receipt or a refund cannot be issued.


  • If we determine that you need to send the damaged/defective item back to us, we will send you a return label.


  • Package the item you wish to return along with ALL original packing materials and accessories or a refund cannot be issued.


  • Mail the item as directed by our customer service department. A returned item must be identical to the brand, specifications, item description and condition of your original purchase.


  • The package must be shipped within 5 days and the warehouse must receive it within 10 days of the shipping label being emailed to you or a refund cannot be issued.


  • The process of returning an item by mail takes 2-3 weeks in most cases.


  • You will be issued a refund within 3-5 days of receipt.

    Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days, and delivered within 7-14 business days. To check the status of your order please use our order tracker here
    Tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with your Flash Steals account once your items have shipped. Please make sure emails from are not being sent to your junk mail folder. You can also check your tracking information at any time within your Order History at using the steps provided below:

    1. Log into your account by visiting and clicking the Log In link at the top of the page.

    2. Click on My Account at the top of the page.

    3. Once you've found the order you're looking to track, click on the order number you'd like to locate

    4. Below the product(s) you'll be able to find the shipping carrier, and tracking number. Please note that it may take up to 5-7 business days for your order to ship. Once your order has shipped allow 7-14 business days for it too arrive.

    5. If you see a tracking number has been assigned, you can scroll down to view the shipping movement of your package. 

    If you are still unable to locate your tracking information, or haven't received your order please contact our Customer Service team at and provide them with your order number for further assistance.

    At this point, we ship to 48 contiguous states in the United States, we also ship to Canada and are unable to ship to Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii. We do not ship to APO, FPO.

    This means slightly longer shipping times than you might be used to, however, you can sleep well knowing that you'll be getting the absolute best prices on the internet.

    We ship via UPS, DHL, Fedex, and USPS. Which service depends on what you order and from which location it ships from.

    90% of Flash Steals orders are in transit to you in 5 business days or less. Once in awhile, we get a hot deal from a partner that might take a little longer, so as a general rule, we ask that you allow 5-10 business days for us (or our partner) to get your shipment out the door.



    Tracking is emailed to you as soon as your tracking number is available. Please note, it may take an additional period of time for your tracking information to show movement.


    Multiple Packages:

    If you ordered multiple items please note that some items are shipped separately. For each item ordered you may receive a separate package.

    Can I pay for faster shipping?

    We do presently not offer expedited shipping options.

If you wish to 'unsubscribe', feel free to do so automatically with the link contained at the bottom of each email. Upon clicking the link, a page will open in your web browser. Simply click the Unsubscribe button. You will then see a confirmation message that you have been successfully unsubscribed from all mailing lists.
    In order to get in touch with us, we request that you email us at and we will get back to you asap with the most accurate and up to date information. Please note that orders can only be placed online, and not over email or phone.
